On the weekend of September 22, 23 and 24, 2023, the catering industry in the city center of Schiedam will celebrate parties in their building, on their terrace, with music, food and drinks.
The organization is owned by 14 catering entrepreneurs and the Centrum management Schiedam Foundation.
Enjoy the shops, culture and restaurants. Take a quick look at the participants and what else there is to do, so you can stroll from catering to catering without having to miss anything!

Taste of Schiedam tour
Discover the many flavors of Schiedam! Are you ready to discover the Dutch Distillers District of the Netherlands from a completely different side? During 'The taste of Schiedam' tour you walk a route past local restaurants and taste the most delicious snacks and drinks in which Schiedams distilled spirits are processed. The guides will take you into all the secrets and stories behind each location. This way you get to know everything about culinary delights, distilled spirits and of course Schiedam in a delightful way.
With this tour you visit 2 Schiedam distilleries and 1 brewery. At all locations, a snack or drink is offered that contains Schiedam distilled spirits. Tickets: €42.50 pp

WORLD COCKTAIL WEEKEND
So excited to participate in the Schiedam Cocktail Competition as part of the World Cocktail Weekend
Along with Post Schiedam, Wijnbar Wijning Schiedam, 1714, Jenever iets pul, De Markies Schiedam, De Beurs Schiedam, Brasserie Stadhuis and Cafe Sjiek we aim to showcase the best of Schiedam spirits and products allied with two of our favorite distilleries Juniperbird gin and Serious Bee distillers.
Celebrate the Cocktail Weekend by trying out all the special cocktails (on a reduced price) composed only for this event between May 12 to 14.

This will include the following gins:
1. Loopuyt gin perfect serve - Lemongrass with Lime and Creative Tonic
2. Dry Smoky Gin Martini - Opihr gin with Lemon, Dry Vermouth, Unami Bitters and Smoked Dry Lemons
3. Serious bee distillers High Gin with Gin City Gin and Royalbliss Berry Sensation.
The three-course menu includes:
1. Starter
Salmon Mimosa with Carpaccio of smoked salmon, served with a dressing of orange juice and Bobby's dry gin Jenever.
Palette Cleanser - Sorbet with Ketel 1 jenever
2. Main dish
Beef entrecote with a sauce of Zeehelden Jenever and beer
3. Dessert
Pornstar martini in 2 ways: Contains a Pornstar Martini 'cake', made with Loopuyt gin and a shot of Juniperbird gin
