At Oniria, our passion for culinary excellence extends beyond the kitchen to our bar. We firmly believe that good food should always be accompanied by even better drinks. Our bar philosophy can be described in three words: local, classic, and fresh. We spend countless hours each week researching new flavors and blends to create taste-bud stimulating combinations. Drawing inspiration from Schiedam, the UK, and Spain, we mix cultures to offer unique and exciting drinks.

We take great pride in our homemade approach, which includes syrups, garnishes (such as dry limes, lemons, flowers, and grapefruit), and liquors. We also focus on local Schiedam spirits and honey, as well as hidden gems that we've discovered through our research.
In everything we do, we pay attention to details and create with care. Whether you prefer your drinks neat or on the rocks, we craft them to perfection.
